Yes. Points are valid for 3 years. Once Points have reached their expiry date they will
automatically expire and be removed from your account. To safeguard these Points,
you will need to make a reservation using the Points before they expire, or use them
to book a Body Bliss Day Spa treatment, or purchase branded merchandise.
Points that are due to expire first (oldest Points) are automatically used for your
next reservation. You only need to confirm a reservation before the expiry date, the
actual occupation date of the relevant holiday can be for a later date.
You can also find your Points expiry dates on your latest statement.
Once your reservation is confirmed using Points that are due to expire, should you
change the date of occupation or your choice of resort, or cancel your reservation
after the expiry date of the Points, the Points can unfortunately not be reinstated.
Please note, if you received bonus Points upon joining The Holiday Club, these
expire a year after allocation.
