Click on the ‘login’ button at the top right-hand corner of the page.
Your username is your Membership number. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need a password.
To generate your password, enter your username and then click on ‘Forgotten Password’.
You will then be required to enter your username (Membership number). The system will automatically generate a password for you and send it to the email address registered on your profile.
Your new password should appear in your inbox within 15 minutes, and you can thereafter log in with these details.
If at any point during your Membership you forget your password, simply repeat the process above to receive a new system-generated password.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to access and manage your profile online.
