How do I use the WhatsApp Service?


Get instant information through our WhatsApp automated Self-Help Service.


To use this service, your mobile number must already be listed on your Holiday Club profile. If you need help with this, please contact our Member Services Department or, log in to your online profile and add/update your cellphone number.


Step 1:

Save our WhatsApp number (+27 60 076 2210) as 'THC WhatsApp' and type in 'Hi' to get started.

Step 2:

Access the automated Self-Help Menu, which allows you to access the following information - 

  • Points: Up-to-date Points balances and Points due to expire
  • Accounts: Current account statements
  • Bookings: Get booking confirmation letters and directions sent to you en route to the Resort
  • Purchase Points: Ask a Consultant to contact you regarding the purchase of more Points


Step 3:

If you can't find what you need on our Self-Help Menu, you also have the option to chat to a live agent on WhatsApp as well. 


Our live chat is available on Mondays to Fridays, between 08:00 and 16:30 (excluding public holidays), while the Self-Help Menu is available 24/7/365.
