How do I cancel a booking?

You can cancel your booking through the following channels:

  1. Online

  2. Through the Call Centre


1. How to cancel a booking online


Step 1:

Click here to go to The Holiday Club website and click 'Login' on the top right-hand
corner of the website. You will need to login with your username and password. This
should take you to your default 'My Profile' view. 


Step 2: 

Under 'My Bookings' click on 'View details'


Step 3:

Choose the confirmed booking you want to cancel and click the 'Cancel Booking'
button below.

2. How to cancel a booking through the Call Centre


You can either give Reservations a call or send them an email to cancel your booking.

Please note: Should a cancellation fee apply, these are displayed during the cancellation
process. Please make sure you are aware of this when cancelling a booking. Click here to
