Your confirmation letter will contain details of your cancellation terms and conditions. But for your reference, bookings cancellation terms and conditions are as follows:
1. If cancelled between 42 days and 21 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation penalty will apply.
2. If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
3. Where applicable, regardless of occupation date, a 50% penalty of the exchange fee will apply.
4. Where applicable, the booking fee is non-refundable.
5. If the reservation was originally made using Points that would have expired, and the same reservation is subsequently cancelled, then these Points will expire.
