1. How do I amend guest details on my bookings online?  

To amend guest details online, please follow the easy steps below. 


Step 1:

Click here to go to The Holiday Club website and click ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will need to login with your user name and password.


Step 2:

Navigate to 'My Profile' and click on 'My Bookings'


Step 3:
Enter the check-in date or filter 'Status' to 'Confirmed' bookings.


Step 4:

Choose the booking where you want to amend guest details and click ‘View Guest’


Step 5:
Click on 'Edit' amend the information and click 'Save'


2. How do I amend guest details on my booking using WhatsApp? 

First, you need to save our WhatsApp number 060 076 2210 as a contact on your phone. Or click here to launch WhatsApp Chat now.

 

Step 1: 

Type 'Hi' and send to our WhatsApp number

Type 4 and send

Type 4.3 and press send to amend your guest details
