Should you need to cancel a reservation due to yourself (main member) or one of your
guests being unable to travel due to medical reasons, you may qualify to claim from your
Premium Holiday Cover (PHC) benefit.
Please follow the steps below and take note of the following information:
Required documentation
Doctors Medical Certificate confirming the time period that the person is unfit to travel
Duly completed PHC claim form. Please click here to access form.

Process
Obtain a Medical Certificate from your Doctor
View the PHC Terms and Conditions to see whether you will have a valid claim by clicking here.
Complete the PHC claim form (available to download below).
Scan and email required documentation to our Member Services department
Cancellation and submission of claims must be processed ahead of occupation dates.
Additional information
- Points refunded for a PHC claim are valid for 12 months.
- Should you or one of your guests be unable to travel due to hospitalisation, then we will require proof of hospitalisation and discharge (if applicable) as well.
- Points refunded due to hospitalisation are valid for 6 months.
- Provided all the required documentation is received and is in order, please allow between 2-4 working days for the Points to be refunded on your account.
