When it comes to your Holiday Club Membership, interacting with one of our Accredited Agents

is the best way to give yourself peace of mind. 


Accredited Agents have received comprehensive training on our product and have a 

thorough understanding of all the information you need to be able to make the best of 

your Membership. When it comes to something like purchasing Points especially, it is 

important to deal with them. 


Please take note that purchases from non-accredited agents are not vetted by 

The Holiday Club, therefore we urge you to beware of incorrect Points balances or

those having outstanding fees attached to them.
