How do I see how many Points I have available?

There are THREE ways you can View Your Points Status.

1. Your Online Profile 

2. Contacting the Call Centre 

3. Using the WhatsApp service

1. Your Online Profile - View your Points status online 

Step 1: 

Click here to go to The Holiday Club website and click 'login' in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will need to login with your username and password. 

Step 2: 

Navigate to the 'My Profile' tab and select 'My Points' from the dropdown menu. 

You will be able to view your Points Summary including transaction history and expiry dates. You can also download and print Points statements. 

2. Contacting the Call Centre via phone or email (Member Services)

3. Access our self-help option on our self-help automated WhatsApp Service

First, you need to save our WhatsApp number 060 076 2210 as a contact on your phone. Or click here to launch WhatsApp Chat now. 

Step 1: 

Type 'Hi' and send it to our WhatsApp number

Step 2: 

Type '1' and send. 

You will then receive confirmation of your Points status. 

Please note: You will need to ensure that the cell number you're using is updated on your profile in order to sign up for the WhatsApp Service.
