There are THREE ways to confirm or view your Accounts and Balances:
1. Your Online Profile
2. Contacting the Call Centre
3. Using the WhatsApp service
1. Your Online Profile - View your Accounts Status online
Click here to go to The Holiday Club website and click ‘login’ in the top right-hand corner of the website. You will need to login with your user name and password.
Navigate to the 'My Profile' tab and select 'My Accounts' from the dropdown menu.
You will be able to view all accounts linked to your membership in one overview. You can also download and print statements or view historical transactions on your accounts.
Payments can also be made online.
2. Contacting the Call Centre via phone or email (Collections Department)

3. Access our self-help option on our WhatsApp Service.
First, you need to save our WhatsApp number 060 076 2210 as a contact on your phone. Or click here to launch WhatsApp Chat now.
Type 'Hi' and send it to our WhatsApp number.
Type 2 and send.
Type 2.1 and press send to receive a Combined Statement via email.
Please note: You will need to ensure that the cell number you're using is updated on your profile in order to sign up for the WhatsApp Service.
