All Members receive Premium Holiday Cover (PHC) as a complimentary benefit, which
has been designed to safeguard your holidays against unforeseen or uncontrolled
events that might affect your well-deserved break.
Protection includes:
- Credit Finance Agreement Cover
In the event of your death, the outstanding balance on your finance account
will be deemed to have been settled in full.
- Points & Ownership Transfer Cover
In the event of your death, ownership of the Points will be transferred free
of charge.
- Points Refund Cover
Should you need to cancel or cut short your holiday booking due to certain
circumstances, this entitles you to a Points’ Refund, and extends the protection
you enjoy under the Consumer Protection Act. A reasonable cancellation
penalty may be imposed.
- Act of God Cover
Should you cancel or cut short the confirmed reservation prior to occupation
as a direct result of a natural disaster or an ‘Act of God’ rendering the
accommodation incapable of occupation, then you will receive a full refund of
the number of Points you used for that confirmed reservation.
