Who is this Product for?
Private Residence (PR) will change the way you go on holiday. It is available to new Members or as an upgrade from an existing Holiday Club Membership. PR villas are located within some of the most sought-after Resorts across Southern Africa, offering the ultimate in luxury and comfort, promising unforgettable holidays that cater to your every whim.
How does Private Residence work?
Upon purchasing this luxury product, you have two options to choose from. On both options, you may at any time, increase your Points holding to add to your luxury holiday portfolio.
Option 1- Holiday Exclusivity
- Your purchased Points are linked to a specific week/split interval and you are guaranteed your villa at your chosen time. This option provides peace of mind for a three-year period.
- You may choose to holiday elsewhere by releasing your week/split interval and using your Points to:
- Other PR villas
- Other Holiday Club Resorts
- Travel internationally through iExchange
Option 2 - Pool Exclusivity
- You may use your purchased Points to access any available week from the Private Residence (PR) Pool (subject to availability) giving you exclusive access to all the best luxury holidays that PR has to offer.
- In addition, you have access to all The Holiday Club Infinity benefits such as:
- Access to any other Holiday Club Resort
- Travel internationally through iExchange

How do I become a Private Residence Member?
You need to own a minimum of 20 Infinity Points to access Private Residence (PR).
- New Holiday Club members must purchase a minimum of 20 Infinity Points for access to the Private Residence pool.
- Holiday Exclusivity is the option where your purchased Points are linked to a specific week/split interval and you are guaranteed your villa at your chosen time. To enjoy this PR feature, you will need to purchase the equivalent points of the week you wish to link. This is done during the purchase by completing the Holiday Exclusivity Addendum.
