Membership Fees

 

As a Member of The Holiday Club, you will have various accounts linked to your profile, including 

a Membership and Reservation Account. The fees related to this account pay the Club

administration costs (Club Operations), as well as resort levies (which is the largest component).

 

 

How it works is that we, The Holiday Club, own inventory (i.e. units that would be occupied by

our Members) in a large number of resorts. Annually, The Holiday Club gets invoiced for these

resort levies, some well in advance of the actual occupation year.

 

These resort levies that the Club is charged would cover at least the following resort related costs:

 

 

Other Club Operational costs (as referred to above) would include Member Service and                     Reservation staffing, website development and hosting, building leases, computer equipment,

as examples. 


 

The Club attends to its budget well in advance of the fees being raised, taking into account the         anticipated costs, as well as the number of active Members.
