There are three ways to confirm or view your Accounts and Balances:
- Your online profile
- Contact our Collections Department
- Our WhatsApp service (060 076 2210)
To access your accounts and balances online:
Log in to your Profile on our website.
Once logged in, navigate to the ‘My Profile’ tab and select ‘My Account’ from the dropdown menu.
Once here, you will be able to view all accounts linked to your Membership in one overview. You can also download and print statements or view historical transactions on your accounts.
Payments can also be made online.
