All Members receive Premium Holiday Cover as a complimentary benefit. Premium Holiday Cover (PHC) is specifically designed to safeguard your holiday against unforeseen or uncontrolled events that may affect your well-deserved break.
Protection includes:
- Credit Finance Agreement Cover
This benefit entitles you that in the event of your death, the outstanding balance on your finance account will be deemed to have been settled in full.
- Points & Ownership Transfer Cover
This benefit entitles you that in the event of your death, ownership of the Points will be transferred free of charge.
- Points Refund Cover
This benefit entitles you to receive a Points’ Refund where you have had to cancel or cut short your holiday booking under certain circumstances, and extends the protection you enjoy under the Consumer Protection Act*.
- Act of God Cover
If you cancel or cut short the confirmed reservation prior to occupation as a direct result of a natural disaster or an "Act of God" rendering the accommodation incapable of occupation, then you will receive a full refund of that number of Points you used to make the confirmed reservation
* The Consumer Protection Act provides protection for the person for whom, or for whose benefit, the booking was made (not necessarily for all in the immediate family of the person making the booking), and only in circumstances of hospitalisation or death. A reasonable cancellation penalty may be imposed.
