How do I access my virtual Membership Card?

Holiday Club Members can access their Membership Cards virtually, via a feature that is

available on most major smartphones and mobile devices. 


This means that you don't have to worry about carrying around a physical card,

as it will be stored on your mobile phone. To claim your tier-related discounts at a

Signature Collection Resort, simply show your virtual card to the respective resort staff.

You can present this card as it is on your online profile, as a saved image in your gallery

or from your digital wallet.


Your virtual Membership Card contains key information such as your name,

Membership Number, Membership Tier, anniversary month and a QR code that resort

receptionists can scan to access your account on the system. 


To access and view your Membership Card, log in to your online profile at 

www.theholidayclub.co.za


Once logged in, scroll down until you can see 'My Card' or hover over 'My Profile' and

then click on 'My Card'. At this point, your card will be displayed as per your tier level. 




If you prefer to store your Membership Card in a digital wallet, such as an Apple

Wallet or Google Wallet, please follow the easy steps below. 


Depending on the type of mobile device you have, first ensure that you have either

Apple Wallet or Google Wallet installed. This can be downloaded from your phone's 

App Store or Google Play Store


NB: If you do not have an Apple or Google Wallet installed on your device at this point,

by clicking on 'Add to Wallet', you will receive a prompt asking if you would like to

download the app. By clicking on 'Install Wallet', it will proceed to download the app

for you via your Google Play Store or App Store.


To add the card into your digital wallet, click on 'Add to Google Wallet' or 'Add to Apple

Wallet' which will be displayed below the card. 




After clicking on 'Add to Google Wallet' or 'Add to Apple Wallet', the app will launch

and display a preview of your Membership Card. 


At this point, click on 'Add' to go ahead, or click on 'cancel' if you do not wish to proceed.  


It's really that simple! You now have easy access to your Membership Card via your 

Digital Wallet. While it is not necessary at this point to store your card in your Digital Wallet,

further developments in this aspect could mean more fun and convenient ways to transact 

with The Holiday Club. 


If you want to remove your Membership Card from your Digital Wallet, select the settings

menu and click on 'Remove Pass' or 'Remove from Wallet'.
